The Society 1858 Winter Party returns to the Lenhardt Garden at the Gibbes Museum of Art on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Step into a lush, tropical escape inspired by the vivid color, rhythm, and texture of Kandy G López’s Miami.
Dress in your most creative black-tie looks and join us for cocktails, light bites, and dancing beneath the palms from 7:30–10:30 PM, as we toast contemporary Southern art and celebrate Kandy G López – the 2026 winner of the 1858 Prize for Contemporary Southern Art.
